Handyman – Repairs & Small Projects

Typical Range: $650 – $2,500 per project*

Ideal for 1–2 day jobs like trim, drywall, or fixture installs. Perfect for homeowners or landlords who need quality craftsmanship on short-term interior repairs or finishing tasks.

Handyman – Minor Jobs

Starting at: $150 minimum (up to 1 hour), then $80/hr*

Home Maintenance Inspection

Flat Fee: $295 – $495*

Residential Permit Package
