Welcome to Westrade Projects! By accessing and using our website (the "Site") or engaging in our renovation and painting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services.

1. Scope of Services

Westrade Projects provides renovation and painting services, including but not limited to interior and exterior renovations, structural repairs, deck and fence construction, and painting. The specific details of the services, including timelines and costs, will be outlined in the project contract.

2. Project Contract

Before commencing any work, a detailed project contract will be provided outlining the scope of work, materials to be used, project timeline, and associated costs. Both parties are required to review and sign the project contract before work begins.

3. Deposits and Payments

Upon agreement to proceed with a project, a deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable once paid. Progress payments will be due at specified milestones, with the final payment upon project completion. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination.

4. Property Rights

Any photos of our work, including images of homes and completed projects, captured during or after our services, become the property of Westrade Projects. We reserve the right to use these photos for personal or promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, marketing materials, and social media platforms.

5. Liability and Damages

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and integrity of your property, unforeseen circumstances may occur. Westrade Projects is not liable for damages to personal property, landscaping, or any additional costs associated with unexpected issues such as structural challenges, mold, or hazardous materials discovered during the project.

6. Insurance

Westrade Projects maintains appropriate insurance coverage for general liability and workers' compensation. This insurance does not cover personal belongings or structures not directly related to the renovation project.

7. Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for our team during the renovation process. This includes securing pets, removing valuable items, and providing clear access to work areas.

8. Project Changes

Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing. Additional charges may apply for changes requested after the project has commenced.

9. Termination

Westrade Projects reserves the right to terminate or suspend a project immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation, if the client breaches the project contract or these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada.
